The opening of "Antithesis" will take place at El Museo located in downtown Buffalo, NY on August 5, 2022.
This body of work features an assortment of oil paintings that challenge the contrast between the casual and sensual nature of female subjects in mundane settings.
"Much of the content aims toward the negative aspects of what it is to be a woman and to bring awareness to what it may take to reside as one in a critical society. Whereas the other half depicts the beautiful aspects of womanhood by celebrating the divine feminine energy that resides within every woman. This exact duality is what lead to the creation of this body of work. An antithesis of life."
